Salon Policies

Thank you for your interest in booking with me! Here are a few salon policies and details I would like to share with you before scheduling an appointment with me.

​1. Annji Does Hair (ADH) requires a 48 hour cancellation notice. If your appointment is cancelled after this window or you no-show, there is a fee you will be charged.

Late cancellations (after the 48 hour window) will be $35 for each of the services scheduled. No-shows will need to pay $50 for haircuts and $100 for multiple services scheduled, in order to reschedule appointment. Some appointments will require a deposit or card on file. You will receive a text message and email regarding your appointment time. It's your responsibility to communicate if you need to reschedule. You MUST confirm within 48 hours of your appointment by responding to the text message or email. 

If you do not show for your appointment more than once, you will not be allowed to schedule with me in the future.

2. I will only lighten your hair as much as I feel your hair can handle per session. This means many blonde tones require more than one session.

3. I specialize in blonde tones, lived in color and halocouture extensions. If I don't feel like we are a good match for what you are wanting for your hair, I will happily refer you to someone else!

4. I encourage every client to pre-book her next appointment before leaving the salon. I currently have a 2-3 week waiting period to get in, so it's best to schedule your appointment and do your best to keep it.

5. There will most likely be photos and or videos taken during your appointment. If you don't want your face in them, just let me know!

6. I always do my best work and want you to be the happiest you've ever been! ADH does not give refunds.

My color sessions are customized for each client. I use the very best products and techniques to help you reach your goals! Professional at home care is a must and is required for future lightening sessions.
