Can I wash my hair after a color service?

Yes. I ask you to wait 48 hours before washing. I HIGHLY recommend using a salon quality shampoo and conditioner to protect your investment for a longer period of time.

Can I arrive to my color appointment with dirty hair?

No. Please make sure your hair is clean, straight and 100% dry. Clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%.

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

We understand life happens. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the full service we originally scheduled. If too much time has passed, we will need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee will apply. Please call to notify of delays and I will do my best to honor your appointment.

Do I need to come on a separate day for a consultation?

No. I understand you are busy. For your convenience, please complete my Color Consultation Form on the New Client Page

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

To ensure you get the time that works best and that keeps your cut or color looking great, I recommend 6-8 weeks for haircuts and traditional highlights, 10-12 weeks for foliyage / lived in color. I make a plan with each client depending on lifestyle and budget.


I highly recommend scheduling appointments before you leave the salon.

Should I bring inspiration photos with me?

Yes. I LOVE looking at inspiration photos and discussing them with you. Having multiple photos that represent your haircolor is always best to have with you.
